Here are some recent body shots since my last video.

Hi YouTube. As promised, here is how I took off the first 40lbs in order to have my surgery and what I continue to do today. 1st., before each meal drink 2 full glasses of water. This helps with fullness, and is an easier way to get your water intake in. 2nd., Eat a high protein diet, and ALWAYS eat your protein first. So if you are eating chicken, rice and vegetables, eat the chicken first, then the vegetables, then the rice. This is in case you start to get full, you want to eat the carbs. last. 3rd., Try to substitute 1 meal a day with a good protein shake. This is optional, but it will help accelerate your weight loss. They sell a good Chocolate powder protein shake at WalMart. 4th. Don’t drink any sugary sodas or juices. This is very important, because when I made this change alone, I lost 10 lbs within the first week. This means no Starbucks, and no Jamba juice. Diet soda is ok, but its best to stay away from the carbonation because it gives you a false fullness and makes you hungrier later. Try to stock up on all flavors of crystal light. I mix mines with kool-aid and create all kinds of good flavors. When you are out, try drinking diet snapple or diet teas, or even pack your crystal light on the go. 5th. Exercise is important, but it can also come later once you get the diet plan down and start to take off some of the pounds.
