Having already overtaken the previous living record holder – compatriot Donna Simpson, 43, of New Jersey, who tipped the scales at 50st – Miss Eman, 32, is now aiming to reach 115st by her forties.
Her GP Dr Patrick Flite has warned that her experiment may kill her.
